Organized by the In-House Community, this prestigious award recognizes the team’s exceptional success in building a complete legal function from the ground up and driving significant organizational transformation with measurable impact. 

The award highlights the team's achievement in establishing a complete legal function to support the company’s evolution during a period of dynamic change. Tasked with building a new framework from scratch, the team successfully created a high-performing unit, launched streamlined contracting and risk management systems across Asia Pacific, and implemented a self-service legal portal to empower business units. A key differentiator was the pioneering use of custom-built generative AI tools to accelerate legal reviews, demonstrating a firm commitment to operational excellence.
