After the successful delivery of our solution, we continue to provide Qian Dai Fu with operation and managed services to ensure high availability and security. The system has successfully reached a processing capacity of 10 million visas per year, far exceeding total applications received annually. Following extensive demand analysis and research, Qian Dai Fu has expanded their partnership with Lenovo PCCW Solutions to cover the digitalization of application forms and appointment booking running on Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun).

The integrated platform supports the operation of Chinese Visa Application Service Center’s portal, enabling global visa application services. It also provides dynamic interactive communication functions, including: online appointment booking, online form filling, application status queries, FAQs and application process guides, etc.
