As LPS continues to grow in AI leadership, we recognized an opportunity hiding in plain sight. NDA reviews are essential to how deals move forward, yet they often depend on manual effort, repeated back-and-forth, and institutional knowledge that can be hard to scale. Each agreement requires more than a simple read-through—it demands context, attention to risk, and alignment with internal standards before Sales and GTM teams can confidently proceed.
At the same time, NDAs arrive frequently and under time pressure. When the review process relies too heavily on individual judgment and ad hoc clarification, turnaround slows, recommendations vary, and business teams may lack clarify on which changes are required to move forward. We saw a chance to bring structure and intelligence to the process—making it easier for Legal to focus on the exceptions that truly need expert attention.
