HTX, together with LPS, delivered an Enterprise Document Management System (DMS) Platform, an on-premise cloud ecosystem that serves as a unified ecosystem on Azure Stack Hub, consolidating fragmented agency silos into a single digital environment. The two organizations migrated 51TB of mission-critical data, encompassing more than 23,950 site collections and 427 content databases, centralizing document storage and management by offering role based access for different user groups, and supporting end to end handling of documents across the Home Team.
Built as a multi-tenant cloud environment, the platform maintains strict isolation for sensitive tasks while enabling secure cross-agency collaboration. Each Home Team department operates its own secure tenant whilst sharing enterprise services such as intelligent search and unified identity management.
The modular architecture supports a user base that scales from 25,000 to 50,000 users and allows rapid deployment of new capabilities, such as AI-powered analytics and automated threat detection, without the need for lengthy hardware procurement cycles. At its core, it embeds security controls including AES-256 encryption, CC EAL4+ alignment, and continuous threat monitoring through integrated SIEM to protect against cyber threats. By eliminating infrastructure silos, the platform allows agencies to focus on mission innovation rather than IT maintenance.
