The user-friendly mobile platform provides managers and employees with self-service capabilities, as well as enabling human resources staff to check recruitment status real-time, update and retrieve talent profile swiftly.
The HCM Cloud serves as a single platform for centralised control and management, unifying workforce data and allowing YFV to monitor and control the workflow and business units from multiple dimensions. It is also a valuable toolkit for employees enabling increased engagement with social networking and improved inter-departmental communications. By automating and streamlining processes, HR productivity has been improved and the HR department is more responsive in supporting the company’s business growth.
